Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y otras tareas pueden ser asignadas:

  • Imparte formación y/o asesoramiento in sitio.
  • Apoya al personal de campo para ofrecer los mejores resultados y servicios posibles a los clientes de Medtronic.
  • Colabora con los compañeros del departamento de ventas para desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas para una o varias unidades de negocio.
  • Participa en convenciones, foros y reuniones para dar a conocer los productos.
  • Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el responsable clínico, la dirección clínica y el equipo de ventas regional para ofrecer asistencia en casos de clientes y ventas.
  • Identifica y facilita la ejecución de oportunidades de crecimiento con el equipo de ventas y de asistencia clínica.
  • Actúa como recurso técnico para apoyar las ventas de un producto o solución médica específica.

Requisitos mínimos necesarios:

  • Bachiller y/o Licenciatura en enfermería, Ingeniería Biomédica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica o a fin.
  • Mínimo de 2 – 3 años de experiencia clínica & como entrenador/ capacitador.
  • Disponibilidad de viajar
  • Experiencia demostrada en la asistencia y apoyo en sala quirúrgica.
  • Experiencia en la resolución de problemas en el quirófano.
  • Se apreciaría contar con experiencia en ventas y/o capacitación en portafolios de dispositivos médicos en CST - Tecnologías craneales y espinales
  • Sería una ventaja contar con nivel de Inglés intermedio
