- Preparing and delivering company, product, and industry-related presentations for all Software Business solutions.
- Participating in local, national, and international conventions held in Germany.
- Assisting with sales training events and materials as directed by the Software Business leader and Global Sales department, including internal and customer training sessions.
- Managing the logistics of facility arrangements and meeting details.
- Supporting the contracts team with clinical oversight and completion of Software Business solutions RFPs and IT Security Questionnaires.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Health Care, Business, Science, or a related field.
- Preference for individuals licensed as a Medizinisch Technischer Laboratoriumsassistent (MTLA) or Specialist in Blood Bank (please note that laboratory experience is essential for success in this role, and applicants without it will not be considered).
- Prior experience in a laboratory or blood bank environment with a focus on workflows, operations, and/or system administration.
- Experience in the Transfusion Management industry is an asset.
- Clinical software sales, support, implementation, or maintenance experience is a plus but can be learned.
- Sales and marketing experience in HCIT will also be considered.
The recruitment process:
Following your application, you will be contacted by Morgane Neige, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, for an initial meeting to discuss the role, your experience, and your expectations.
If successful, you will meet David Wisbey, National Sales Director for Transfusion Management, who will be your direct manager.
Finally, you will be asked to work on a business case and present it to our local management.
