This is a Clinical Specialist role. You’ll cover the 5 boroughs of NYC and Long Island. This is an opportunity to provide clinical expertise to our customers and Sales Teams in order to drive demand and accelerate the sales process through product education and training. This person will add value to the sale process, assist in developing a highly knowledgeable customer base and help bring new products to market in a timely fashion, meeting the needs of our customers.
What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Specialist, you will:
Conduct formal product presentations to high-level clinical decision makers and physicians within the hospital, OBL and/or clinical setting.
Lead efforts to bring on new users in existing accounts, whether they are currently using a competitive technology or not utilizing intravascular imaging.
Work to broaden the use (when clinical benefit exists) of existing users of our technology.
Increase awareness of the clinical application of SpectraWAVE products within Hospital, OBL / and or clinical setting by recruiting physicians and staff to attend local, regional and national training programs.
Provide expert case support ongoing clinical education to customers.
Work with teammates identifying profitable targets and closing new business.
Support the evaluation of new products and provide clinical feedback to marketing and sales.
Provide primary clinical training and education to customers. Assists in disseminating technical product information to customers. Assists in the development and execution of regional hospital staff training courses.
Provide ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials and registries.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience and knowledge of how to work and navigate a cath lab.
