At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and creative full-time Clinical Specialist to join our VA REACH team in Woodbridge, VA. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of adults by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower clients to find their way forward.


There is a $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus for licensed / licensed-eligible clinicians.


What You’ll Do


The Clinical Specialist provides clinical and administrative support to the REACH Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) and assists the mobile team as needed. Primary duties include assessments and reassessments, crisis prevention and intervention services, and supporting the Behavior Techs on the floor.  The Clinical Specialist assists the CTH Supervisor in developing and maintaining clinical and therapeutic integrity to the daily programming such as modifying therapeutic groups, developing therapeutic activities, and supporting leadership with virtual oversight of assessments.

You’ll earn a competitive annual salary starting at $60,000+ based on your experience plus enjoy a 40-hour a week, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm work schedule. This position is on-site in Woodbridge, VA.  What We’re Looking For


To join our team, you must be willing to provide care in a crisis home, have a passion for helping others, experience with MS Office suite and data entry, plus strong verbal and written communication skills. We also require the following:



  • Master’s in health, psychology or social work from USDOE or CHEA accredited institution

  • Licensed or Licensed-eligible, highly preferred or BCBA 

  • 3 years’ experience with developmental disabilities and mental health populations preferred

  • Experience with crisis prevention and intervention services a plus

  • Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance
