The Clinical Specialist covers cases and provides training to the surgical team on safe and effective uses of the device.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical case coverage as assigned
Support sales and marketing initiatives
Trains the surgical team to assist in good patient outcomes and verbally supports cases during training period
Develop technical acumen to serve as an educational and clinical resource.
Demonstrate appropriate interactions with all healthcare providers.
Maintain and prepare equipment/kits for surgery and quality control audits.
Qualifications:
Experience in minimally invasive spine procedures utilizing fluoroscopy, CT and MRI is required.
Customer relationship and procedural skill development experience
High School Diploma or GED or Associate’s Degree with a minimum 4 years in a clinical specialist or related medical role, preferably in a medical device company; or
A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years in a clinical specialist or related medical role, preferably in a medical device company.
Comp / Benefits:
Base $90k+ $20k Variable Bonus at plan (Paid out quarterly) - Total $110k OTE
