1. Participates in clinical consultation and co-treatment with rehabilitation staff.

2. Plans and presents in service education and continuing education courses as requested

3. Performs the duties of a staff physical therapist or occupational therapist.

4. Maintains professional growth and development through approved seminars, workshops and professional affiliations to keep abreast of the latest trends in field of expertise.

5. Participates in the clinical instruction of physical therapy or occupational therapy students, as requested.

6. Attends meetings as required.

7. Assists in training/orientation of new personnel as request.

8. Performs other work related duties as assigned or requested.

Consistently provides service excellence to all patients, family members, visitors, volunteers and co-workers in a manner that reflects Falmouth Hospital’s commitment to CARES\: compassion, accountability, respect, excellence and service.

· Entry level degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy Program.

· Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and minimum of three (3) years clinical experience.

· Documentation of Specialist Certification.

· Holds current National Provider Identifier (NPI).

· Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
