We seek a skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist primarily focused on educating customers and delivering presentations in large hospital systems. The Clinical Specialist will support our client’s products and foster strong relationships with a diverse range of clinicians and key stakeholders. As a proactive member of our client's Clinical Team, you will collaborate closely with internal and external customers in this advanced-level role.
What You'll Tackle:
- Consults with healthcare partners and skilled clinicians to identify solutions that consistently deliver optimal care at a lower cost through automating patient management across the continuum of care with our client’s products, measurements, and data.
- Partners with Territory Managers to develop and execute a strategy to support the customer’s strategic initiatives.
- Consults on workflow solutions to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.
- Uncovers opportunities to expand our client’s solutions.
- Partners with Territory Managers to meet territory sales objectives.
- Develops and maintains an on-going partnership with our client’s customers to meet or exceed their expectations with a primary focus in large hospitals or health systems.
- Ability to prioritize and plan independently, as well as with sales and clinical specialist team members to meet the goals of the company and attain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provides advanced troubleshooting and product support.
- Overnight Travel is required (50% or more).
- Serves in a Project Management role, lead Clinical Specialist role, or Clinical Specialist Resource role for on-site implementations, evaluations and additional projects.
- Performs special projects as requested.
What's Needed to Win:
- 5+ years experience with at least 2+ years in a critical care role
- Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse, required
- Hemodynamic experience is strongly preferred
- Strong presentation experience in front of large groups (100+)
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
- Meets current state and/or professional license requirements
