We are currently recruiting for an Imaging/Clinical – Sales Specialist to be responsible for the execution of ACTEON sales strategy in Upper Northwest Territory (WA, AK, MT and WY) by maintaining knowledge of ACTEON product suite, understanding customer needs, and providing product solutions that further customer and ACTEON business goals. You will build the territory by cultivating and managing relationships and networks, establishing ACTEON as the premier provider of medical and dental equipment for professional, universities and institutional customers.  This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager located in Colorado. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a sales business plan for the territory.
  • Prospect for new customers and business by qualifying new leads to maintain a balanced sales funnel Support and grow Acteon's existing customer base through upgrades and cross promotion of products
  • Track all leads and opportunities to move them through sales processes within the company's CRM Salesforce
  • Attend tradeshows and participate in education and training conferences as directed by the Regional Sales Manager
  • Coordinate and drive customer facing, dealer facing and per to peer sales events
  • Assist dealer representatives with preparation of sales proposals, customer meetings, and the demonstration of equipment and software features and benefits Execute sales negotiation and deal closure with the customer, interfacing with all key buying influencers including direct users of the product and distribution partners
  • Develop and maintain the excellent level of Acteon product knowledge as well as competitive products Coordinate service and support on assigned accounts in order to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Build relationships, develop a strategic business plan, and maximize business opportunities for all Acteon products and services within assigned territory
  • Coordinate ACTEON Imaging product and software training for end users and distribution partners.
  • Ability to install, configure and deliver training to users on AIS, AIS 3D, Sopro Imaging and AIS TWAIN software. Provide onsite technical support in conjunction with ACTEON remote technical
  • Achieve sales growth and exceed targets of the Acteon Imaging and Equipment portfolio. This  includes extraoral imaging such as 3D CBCT and Panoramic X-ray devices as well as intraoral imaging such as Digital Sensors, IO cameras and IO X-Ray machines. Clinical products include small equipment solutions in Hygiene and Implant Dentistry.

Education and Experience:

  • Education:  Bachelors or Associate Degree in Industry Related field
  • Experience: Previous dental or healthcare industry experience preferred; 2 years minimum selling experience.
  • Other Knowledge or Skills: Technology savvy with hardware / software demonstration and integration of equipment.   Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, and proven ability to be self-managed, organized and detailed. Work well independently and as a team player
