The role you’ll contribute: 




The Patient Placement Clinical Specialist is a professional LPN or Paramedic who has the responsibility to plan, prioritize, organize, direct and control all admissions and transfers between nursing units and hospitals for AdventHealth Ocala. Acts as a liaison between referring hospitals, physician offices, and nursing departments on issues pertaining to the placement of all patients. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

· Identifies needs and operational opportunities to improve patients’ access and bed turnaround.  (Excellence) 











The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed\:  




· LPN License or equivalent or Paramedic Certificate 
·Minimum two years of clinical experience 
·Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 
·Current Florida LPN License or Paramedic Certificate
