The Quality and Risk Management Clinical Specialist will:
Act as the lead clinical staff member in Quality, Risk and Compliance department, carrying out a variety of quality and patient safety functions to support the hospitals quality and safety plan and programs.
Use clinical nursing knowledge and abilities in data review, tohelp ensure the continuous evolution of quality and safe care.
Requirements
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or certificate from an accredited school of nursing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing (preferred)
2 years of clinical experience.
Demonstrated skills in participating in and/or leading quality initiatives in a hospital setting (preferred).
Active Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing or compact state RN license in good standing. (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Β Effective people skills, teamwork, and communication.
Β Current in Vermont nursing standards, as applicable.
