Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Specialist to join a cutting-edge health tech company dedicated to transforming patient care through innovative technology. This role is ideal for a clinician looking to leverage their expertise outside of direct patient care while making a meaningful impact on healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert (SME) to support product development, implementation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and customer success teams, to ensure clinical accuracy and effectiveness.
• Provide training and education to clients and internal teams on product functionality and clinical applications.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to help refine product features and improve user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to enhance product offerings.

Requirements:

• Licensed clinician (RN, PT, PharmD, MD, DO, etc.) with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Previous experience in health tech, digital health, or clinical informatics is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000 annually
