Clinical Specialist
Full-Time | Remote with Travel | Medical Device – Surgical Oncology

A fast-growing, mission-driven medical device company is seeking Clinical Specialists to support and sustain clinical accounts during an exciting early commercialization phase. This is a unique opportunity to join a company as part of their founding commercial team, working to bring groundbreaking innovation to the surgical oncology space, with an initial focus on breast-conserving surgery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Strategic Account Managers to support and maintain accounts in greenfield territories

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgical and hospital staff within the breast-conserving surgery ecosystem

  • Provide clinical support for product evaluations and ongoing use in the operating room

  • Ensure adoption and continued success of the platform by exceeding utilization goals and sustaining base business

  • Collaborate with cross-functional field leadership and internal teams to share feedback, identify opportunities, and support account development and growth

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical support, ideally with focus in breast oncology or related surgical specialties

  • Prior experience in a startup or early-stage commercialization environment strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Operating room (OR) clinical experience is essential

  • Documented history of achieving or exceeding performance targets

  • Ability to travel up to 75% as needed, including customer site visits, team meetings, and industry conferences

  • Experience with CRM systems and modern sales enablement tools

  • Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and high level of ownership

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Must reside within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate
