We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Specialist to join our team as a technical expert and customer advocate for our ultrasound imaging systems. This field-based role combines clinical expertise, technical troubleshooting, and customer relationship management to ensure optimal utilization of our medical devices across healthcare facilities.


Responsibilities


Clinical Support & Training

  • Conduct comprehensive on-site training sessions for healthcare professionals on ultrasound system operation, protocols, and best practices
  • Provide hands-on clinical application support during procedures and examinations
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs based on specific departmental needs and workflows
  • Create and maintain training documentation and educational materials

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Perform remote and/or on-site troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues with equipment
  • Coordinate with engineering and service teams to escalate complex technical problems
  • Conduct routine system optimization and performance assessments
  • Document technical issues and maintain detailed service records

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Partner with sales representatives during customer demonstrations and equipment evaluations
  • Provide clinical expertise during pre-sale consultations and needs assessments
  • Support contract negotiations by addressing technical and clinical requirements
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events as needed

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as clinical contact for assigned accounts and territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, technologists, and administrators
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on clinical experience with diagnostic ultrasound
  • Previous experience in medical device industry, clinical applications, or field support roles preferred
  • Demonstrated experience training healthcare professionals or conducting educational programs
  • Proficiency with multiple ultrasound platforms and imaging modalities
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
