Clinical Support Specialist – Field Based
This role is a clinically focused position responsible for supporting procedural cases, assisting with post-procedure patient management, providing troubleshooting and customer service, delivering education to healthcare providers and patients, and contributing to clinical research efforts when needed. In some situations, the individual may also participate in market development activities depending on business and territory needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical support to physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals during patient evaluation, procedural support, and post-procedure management.
Educate and train healthcare professionals on therapy protocols, clinical data, patient selection, and appropriate implementation of the therapy.
Respond to customer needs, questions, and concerns related to products and services.
Document and report product observations and/or complaints according to company quality and compliance requirements.
Support clinical study activities as requested.
Collaborate effectively with the commercial team on assigned initiatives.
Manage company resources in alignment with internal guidelines and applicable regulations.
Be available for after-hours customer support when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, allied health, or life sciences discipline.
3–5 years of documented experience in patient care or clinical support.
Prior experience supporting procedures or working within a specialty disease state is strongly preferred.
Ability to travel 25–40%.
Must reside within the assigned territory.
