Candidates must possess broad and extensive experience in women’s health with an ability to go deep into more specialized topics in health, as needed. Candidates must have expertise working in clinical settings that include both highly complex specialized cases and common everyday cases. Responsibilities include:
• Conduct thorough literature reviews and summarize key points
• Define current guidelines and standards of care and identify gaps in the current standards
• Dive deep into the pathophysiology of new health domains
• Ability to both deeply dive into the details as well as summarize the problems encountered by patients and providers in various health domains
• Distill knowledge into requirements and principles that advise product development
• Partner with engineering teams to support algorithm development including the design of feasibility studies
• Study design
• Development of operational protocols and data review processes
• Communicate and manage relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners
• Anticipate, adjust for, and communicate problems, risks, and roadblocks.
This is a site-based role.
MD or DO
3+ years of experience in clinical practice
Extensive clinical experience in women’s health (>25% of clinical practice)
Board certified in internal medicine, family medicine, or obstetrics and gynecology
5+ years of experience in clinical practice
Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology
Has experience with both inpatient care and general outpatient care
Product development experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify sophisticated clinical concepts and communicate these to non-medical team members.
