Kreg Therapeutics is seeking a dynamic Clinical Specialist to join our growing team! In this pivotal role, you'll partner with hospitals to drive the adoption and effective use of our cutting-edge Vertical Bed technology and Bariatric beds, specifically within demanding ICU and trauma environments, including Level I and II trauma centers.
What You'll Do:
As a Clinical Specialist, you'll be a key liaison between Kreg Therapeutics and our clinical partners. Reporting to the Regional Clinical Engagement Manager and working hand-in-hand with our Commercial Sales Team, you'll be instrumental in:
- Promoting Verticalization Therapy: Be the expert on Verticalization Therapy (VT), educating multidisciplinary teams in the ICU on its critical role in early mobility programs and improving patient care.
- Championing Bariatric Bed Benefits: Advocate for Kreg’s Bariatric beds, providing in-depth clinical education in strategic accounts.
- Providing Direct Clinical Support: Offer hands-on guidance to hospital teams, assisting with patient identification, therapy protocols, and optimal product utilization. This includes collaborating with ICU leaders to develop and enhance essential protocols and policies.
- Leading Demonstrations & Evaluations: Partner with local sales and operations to conduct impactful product demonstrations and evaluations in target accounts.
- Supporting Clinical Trials: Assist Account Managers with new product clinical trials, contributing to data collection and crucial clinician feedback.
- Ensuring Product Excellence: Become proficient in all Kreg products, providing essential operation and troubleshooting support to clinicians.
- Driving Customer Engagement: Maintain exceptional customer service by delivering comprehensive training and education to hospital staff, fostering therapy adoption.
- Developing Clinical Resources: Collaborate with leadership to expand Kreg’s clinical library of resources and educational materials.
- Building Strong Relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships with key clinical stakeholders and decision-makers in strategic accounts.
- Maintaining Detailed Records: Complete all required daily reporting accurately in Monday.com to ensure thorough documentation of your clinical engagements.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 2-3+ years in a clinical role, with direct patient care experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
- Professional Background: Ideally a Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RT), or Physical Therapist (PT), with a proven track record of managing clinical interactions and supporting clinical education.
- Clinical Expertise: Solid understanding of early mobility and safe patient handling programs. Experience educating clinicians on new practices, including protocol development, grounded in clinical evidence and innovative technology.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) to Level I and II trauma centers in Raleigh.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, customer-focused communication, and a demonstrated talent for encouraging the adoption of new clinical practices and technologies.
