Sonicision, our cordless ultrasonic dissection system, is uniquely positioned to expand across multiple surgical specialties, offering surgeons freedom, precision, and versatility in the OR.
We are seeking a Senior Global Principal Product Manager to lead the strategic expansion of Sonicision into new procedures and specialties, driving growth, adoption, and differentiation in a highly competitive market.
This position is based in Lafayette, Colorado (preferred), North Haven CT or Boston, MA and is not open to remote. Global travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Expansion
Define and execute the global strategy to expand Sonicision use across multiple specialties (e.g., General Surgery, Gynecology, ENT, Thoracic, Urology).
Identify and prioritize procedural opportunities to maximize market penetration.
Market & Competitive Insights
Conduct in-depth market analysis, clinical landscape assessment, and competitor benchmarking to uncover unmet needs and guide portfolio evolution.
Partner with regions to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
Portfolio Management
Lead the lifecycle strategy for Sonicision, balancing short-term adoption drivers with long-term product enhancements.
Define global positioning and differentiation in alignment with procedural expansion goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Health Economics, Regulatory, and Regional Marketing to ensure robust support for Sonicision adoption.
Influence product specifications and development roadmap to address procedural requirements.
Go-to-Market Excellence
Develop global launch and growth strategies, campaigns, and messaging tailored to specialty-specific value drivers.
Partner with Professional Education and Medical Affairs to drive surgeon training and evidence generation.
Support downstream teams with tools, claims, and marketing assets.
Customer Engagement
Serve as global subject matter expert, representing Sonicision with KOLs, societies, and internal stakeholders.
Support field teams with clinical messaging and objection handling.
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 7+ years of relevant marketing/marketing product management experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant marketing/marketing product management experience
Nice to Have:
Proven track record in global or regional product management, ideally within surgical or energy-based devices.
Strong experience developing and executing portfolio growth strategies, including competitive positioning and market expansion.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and project management skills.
Strong analytical ability to interpret clinical and market data into actionable insights.
MBA or advanced degree in life sciences, marketing, or business.
Experience in procedural marketing and working across multiple surgical specialties.
Familiarity with ultrasonic energy or other energy-based surgical platforms.
Strong network within the surgical community.
Experience with health economics and clinical evidence integration into marketing strategy.
