What will you be doing?

  • Lead high-value projects and teams focused on systematic evaluation of scientific and clinical evidence

  • Align evidence analysis priorities with commercial strategy to generate business value

  • Perform literature reviews and data analysis to support product claims and promotional materials

  • Manage and approve promotional assets and product claims for assigned portfolios

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Global Clinical and Medical Affairs, and other functions

  • Mentor junior team members and support project scoping and report sign-off

  • Ensure compliance and quality standards across all deliverables

What will you need to be successful?

  • Degree in biomedical sciences or clinical discipline (PhD preferred)

  • At least five years of relevant experience (PhD time considered)

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently

  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data for varied audiences

  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reference management software
