Per Diem Clinical Specialist - Northern California/PNW

Compensation (USD): 
  • $1,000 per day for clinical training services provided on-site at Sciton-approved locations
  • $250 per travel day
  • Reimbursement of reasonable and customary travel expenses
Position Summary:

We are seeking a Per Diem Clinical Specialist to deliver best-in-class clinical education and product in-servicing to our customers across the nation. This role is responsible for educating and supporting healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of Sciton’s laser and light-based technologies.

As a clinical and technical expert on all Sciton products, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, supporting clinical excellence, and promoting patient safety and optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be based in Northern California or the Pacific Northwest, with the flexibility to travel as needed.

In this role, you will:
  • Assist with the execution of clinical in-servicing events in both existing and new accounts.
  • Communicate leads and account updates to the Territory Manager.
  • Provide input to help prepare additional materials in support of sales and training efforts.
  • Act as a clinical and technical product expert for all Sciton products.
Essential requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Expertise with Sciton products (required).
  • A current, valid clinical license in good standing.
  • Ability to effectively educate clinical personnel.
  • Ability to drive change through education and evidence-based clinical literature.
  • Proficiency in integrating technology (iPad, Outlook, G-Suite, PowerPoint, etc.) into daily work.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and a high level of professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and lead training and in-servicing programs to ensure optimal product compliance.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
