As a caregiver on the Pharmacy Critical Care team, you’ll play a vital role in advancing patient care across medical, surgical, cardiac and neurological multidisciplinary services. Your day will include engaging in rounds with providers, performing order verification to support safe and effective treatment, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions of care and opportunties for education, research and quality work. In this dynamic role, you’ll have opportunity to work in specialized medical ICUs such as Pulmonary, Oncology, Liver, the Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute (HVTI) ICUs specializing in cardiac and cardiothoracic care, Surgical ICU teams (including Transplant), and Neuro ICU teams. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment while building strong clinical and collaborative expertise.
A caregiver in this role will work 7:00am to 3:30pm and 12:30pm-9:00pm. Requirements include every 8th weekend, 1 holiday per year and on-call about 4-6 times per year.
