As a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist in Emergency Medicine, you will play a key role in supporting our freestanding Emergency Departments in Brunswick, Lakewood, and Twinsburg, while also contributing to centralized staffing at the Main Campus ED. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, and partner with pharmacy technicians at each site to help shape and grow a new and expanding service line. Responsibilities include managing clinical and operational needs within the EDs, responding to urgent issues, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care across all locations. Regular travel between sites is required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
You will be part of Cleveland Clinic’s Emergency Medicine Pharmacy team, supporting world-class care within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contributing to the advancement of emergency medicine pharmacy services across the enterprise.

A caregiver in this position will work rotating 8–11 hour shifts between the hours 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., covering Main Campus and the freestanding Emergency Departments across Northeast Ohio, including Brunswick, Lakewood, and Twinsburg.
