Job Details

Responsibilities include the delivery of product training to internal and external clients. May participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of product training materials. Coordinates activities cross-functionally and with external clients. Organize and conduct training sessions, both in the field and at corporate facilities. Works closely with subject matter experts and maintains compliance with protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties :

  • Teach customers and distributors how to safely and efficiently operate Haemonetics equipment and related disposables.

  • Provide technical expertise support for customer personnel, as well as Haemonetics’ employees.

  • Provide feedback to business unit management concerning customer comments and equipment performance

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the applications of new and existing equipment and competitive products.

  • Evaluate training and development effectiveness by assessing application of learning to job performance and recommending future training and development programs.

  • Responsible to certify trainings completed in a satisfactory manner and ensure summary of training certificates completed as well as conduct follow up as needed.

  • Ensure effective maintenance of training records as required.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - preferred

  • 3 years in a clinical environment preferably in plasma or blood collection - Required

  • Previous experience training others highly desired.

  • Ability to travel 75% via air or vehicle

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

The base salary range for this role is:

$57,787.39-$78,089.72/Annual
