About the Role
Leads execution of work by defining and implementing operational and/or tactical plans based on function’s strategy and business plans. Specifies new standards, processes, or products. Global Academy team and leads key internal education events. The position has a key role in product development work groups, in addition to mentoring junior staff.
What You’ll Do
Leads clinical sales excellence initiative to improve future Go-To-Market strategies for new and existing products to ensure optimal sales and profit growth.
Acts as a key player in product development work groups, supports regional product roadmap / lifecycle, rationalization, quality, performance, and product line planning. Leads and executes sales training in the respective regions.
Drives key customer partnerships, creates external stakeholder groups for key strategic new products and provides clinical feedback and input to product development activities
Organizes KOL/COL feedback on new and sustaining products
Collaborates and partners with clinical specialists, LMS administrators, and educational event coordinators.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree, or an international equivalent in a related field.
Accredited Certification (CPO, CP)
A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience.
Has broad discretion in work deliverables and performance.
Understands the business, financials, products/services and capability needs of the company.
Understands how Marketing contributes to the organization.
