A Day in Life:

The Senior Product Specialist will drive strategic initiatives to maximize commercial launch efficiency and effectiveness. This role focuses on executing all aspects of our portfolio initiatives for successful activations of accounts and technology acceptance, providing field marketing support, and driving adoption of our technologies. Key responsibilities include partnering with the field organization to achieve growth targets through structured execution and ensuring accountability for performance.

Key responsibilities:

Launch and Account Activation:

Partner with field teams to develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for new products. Collaborate with field teams to identify and prioritize target accounts for product introduction and activation. Facilitate seamless integration of new products into clinical practice by collaborating with other stakeholders. Drive processes for support during initial cases to ensure smooth product implementation and address any clinical or technical challenges.

Field Force Collaboration & Support:

Maintain strong relationships with the field sales force, actively engaging in territory visits, collaborative selling, and problem-solving activities. Provide the field force with internal and external marketing resources, sales tools, and competitive insights to enhance sales enablement. Act as a key liaison between the field, product development teams, and other internal departments to communicate feedback, identify needs, and drive continuous process improvements.

Must Have: Minimum requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing

Nice to Have: Preferred requirements

  • Proven ability to define and execute commercial strategies and tactics that drive measurable results.
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of electrophysiology is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills: ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: strong ability to analyze complex data and market trends.
  • Travel: willingness to travel as needed (~15%)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills with experience in influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively partner with field and business leaders.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support field teams and business initiatives.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$103,200.00 - $154,800.00

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
