This is an Sr. Clinical Specialist role in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area. You will play a pivotal role in driving clinical adoption and supporting key accounts. This role focuses on clinical

education, field support, and working closely with the sales team and leadership to drive product adoption and product usage. This position reports directly to the VP of Commercial Operations.

 

What You’ll Do

As an Sr. Clinical Specialist you will:

  • Be a clinical and technical product expert in providing clinical training and education to healthcare professionals.

  • Serve as a clinical expert for accounts, providing hands-on support and education to physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.

  • Perform and lead TEECAD trainings, fellows’ programs as well as support site launches to ensure optimal product usage and outcomes.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives and key stakeholders within hospitals and other assigned accounts to understand their goals and objectives.

  • Support new and established sites and grow site usage, education, and adoption.

  • Provide near-zero customer attrition by building strong relationships and ensuring quality product experiences.

  • Work closely with Visura Team to ensure coverage, identification of new opportunities and maintain strong collaboration.

  • Collaborate with other teams within Visura to ensure overall business success and goal achievement.

  • Stay up-to-date on all training, credentialing and quality programs.

  • Be a positive influence within the organization, creating ways to achieve the goals of a small company and bringing needed product to hospitals and patients.

  • Up to 50% travel.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical specialist or clinical sales role, in medical devices or diagnostics, preferably Cardiovascular.

  • Proven clinical ability to support accounts and influence clinical decision-makers in driving product adoption and usage.

  • Strong clinical acumen, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong drive and determination to withstand the challenges and opportunities of a startup world and changing the standard of care.

  • Demonstrated success in a clinical -commercial role.

  • Entrepreneurial/Start up mindset with a passion for innovation and patient care.

Perks of the Job

Compensation: 

  • Base: $120-$130K depending on experience

  • Variable: $25K

  • Total Comp: $145k - $155k
