Clinical Specialist – Cardiology

Overview
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Clinical Specialist to support our cardiology portfolio. This individual will work closely with physicians, hospital staff, and sales representatives to provide technical and clinical expertise in the cardiac cath lab and related hospital environments. The Clinical Specialist will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and confident use of advanced cardiovascular therapies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and remote case support during cardiology procedures, including cath lab, EP lab, and interventional cardiology settings.

  • Educate and train physicians, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare staff on device use, procedure protocols, and patient selection.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for cardiology therapies, delivering in-services, workshops, and ongoing clinical education.

  • Partner with the sales team to drive adoption through clinical excellence, demonstrating strong understanding of product differentiation and value.

  • Support hospital onboarding, training, and troubleshooting to ensure high levels of satisfaction and clinical success.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current clinical data, guidelines, and competitive landscape in cardiology.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, company policies, and hospital credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or related field (RN, RT, or similar clinical credentials preferred).

  • 2+ years of clinical experience in cardiology, interventional cardiology, cath lab, or electrophysiology. Industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to educate, train, and influence physicians and healthcare staff.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfort with travel across assigned territory (up to 50%).
