A Day in the Life

Medtronic’s Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business is focused on empowering clinicians with monitoring tools that deliver timely insights and improve patient care across hospital and post-acute settings. Within ACM, the HealthCast™ portfolio delivers intelligent patient monitoring through wearables, remote monitoring, analytics, and connectivity solutions.

As the global downstream marketing lead for Remote Monitoring, you will own the strategy, positioning, and execution for one of the most dynamic areas of the business. In this role, you will shape how Medtronic communicates the value of remote monitoring and analytics, develop programs that expand access and adoption worldwide, and help ensure data is transformed into insights that guide clinical teams in their decisions.

You will partner with colleagues in countries around the world, with other product categories across ACM, and with cross-functional teams to deliver programs that drive adoption, scale, and measurable impact for patients and health systems.

Why This Role Matters

Remote monitoring is at the center of healthcare’s transformation. This role ensures Medtronic leads the global conversation by shaping market demand, enabling adoption, and building evidence for the future of connected care. You will be the champion of how remote monitoring, and the insights it unlocks, deliver value for clinicians, patients, and health systems worldwide.

At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.

Just as importantly, you’ll make sure remote monitoring is positioned as part of the broader ACM ecosystem, demonstrating how our solutions fit together to deliver a more complete picture of patient care.

  • Build global campaigns, tools, and collateral that communicate Medtronic’s position and highlight the value of our solutions.

  • Collaborate across ACM product lines to deliver unified solution narratives.

  • Monitor competitive activity and broader market trends, using insights to guide commercial strategy and positioning.

Market Development & Evidence

  • Lead strategies to address adoption barriers, including clinical, operational, and economic considerations.

  • Partner with Medical Affairs to drive evidence generation, education initiatives, and KOL engagement.

  • Translate data and analytics into value stories that demonstrate impact for clinicians and hospital leaders.

  • Stay closely connected to Medical Affairs and evidence teams to keep messaging evolving with new data.

Global Collaboration

  • Serve as a connector between upstream and regional partners, ensuring field insights influence business priorities.

  • Represent remote monitoring at tradeshows, congresses, and global events, shaping messaging and execution.

  • Build strong relationships with global sales and marketing colleagues to align priorities and adoption strategies.
