As the Global Product Manager – Connectivity on the HealthCast™ team, you’ll be at the center of that mission, leading global downstream strategy and lifecycle management for the solutions that power ACM’s connectivity infrastructure, ensuring clinicians have access to the insights they need when and where they need them.

You’ll bring clarity to complexity by managing connectivity across Medtronic’s Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business. Working closely with professional services, cross-functional teams, and global partners, you’ll help shape and communicate how our connected care ecosystem comes to life across the care continuum.
In this role, you’ll own the downstream marketing strategy and product lifecycle management for HealthCast™ connectivity. You will serve as the primary downstream product owner, ensuring connectivity solutions are positioned effectively, supported globally, and aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Product Ownership & Downstream Execution
Own downstream execution for the HealthCast™ connectivity portfolio across ACM, ensuring clear positioning, readiness, and adoption.
Lead launch planning with regions, including toolkits, training, sales enablement, and competitive positioning.
Support forecasting, demand planning, and product availability to ensure global readiness.
Manage core product operations where needed so regions have what they need to sell and support.
Align with upstream and regional partners on pricing strategy and commercial models.
Globalization & Regional Partnership
Lead the globalization strategy for connectivity, including market opportunity assessment and business model considerations.
Translate regional market needs into concrete product requirements, commercial programs, and adoption strategies.
Build strong relationships with field sales, professional services, and regional leaders to remove barriers and accelerate implementations.
Market Development & Thought Leadership
Define and evolve the value proposition for connectivity, making complex integrations simple and compelling for clinicians, IT, and hospital leadership.
Lead thought leadership initiatives that position Medtronic as a connectivity leader, including external content, conference presence, and engagement with industry groups and advisors.
Create market-facing materials and customer stories that highlight real-world impact and generate demand for connectivity across our solutions.
Monitor competitive activity and broader market trends, using insights to guide commercial strategy and downstream programs.
Upstream Partnership & Roadmap Influence
Serve as the downstream voice of the customer across global regions to upstream marketing, influencing roadmap priorities for integrations, and platform capabilities.
Collaborate internally to ensure connectivity priorities are aligned and integrated across the broader portfolio.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
To be considered these requirements must be evident on your resume
Bachelor’s degree
At least 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 2+ years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability and connectivity (e.g., HL7, FHIR, IHE, EMR integration, middleware) / health informatics.
Nice to Have
Strong communicator who can translate technical interoperability topics into clear, customer-friendly messaging
Experience with connectivity platforms, and EMR integrations
Experience with pricing strategy, demand planning, or product availability processes
Experience with cybersecurity and data privacy considerations in healthcare
MBA or advanced degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare management
Downstream product management or commercial marketing experience
Experience partnering with regional teams, professional services, and field organizations to drive adoption
Ability to build business cases and quantify commercial impact, including ROI and value stories for hospital stakeholders
